    Jerome is a true professional with experience on job sites as well as strategic leadership. Jerome has over 10 years experience in Local 103 IBEW moving thru the ranks from Apprentice to Master. Jerome has an additional 5 years of experience in Management at a Private large Electrical Contractor in the Boston area.
